Beware the Chicken Police!

Because Proposition 2 in California passed, chickens will now be allowed to turn around in their cages and spread their wings a little. But I wonder if their newfound freedom is going to their heads. I mean, in the following video a couple of rabbits are play-fighting, but their fun is broken up by the chicken police! Watch:
